Once again, Gnomes will be taking over Scarlet Crusade for breast cancer awareness! This year, we have chosen The Cleveland Clinic to pledge our donations to. The Cleveland Clinic is currently working on the Touhy Vaccine which is being developed to prevent breast cancer in adults and is nearing clinical trials.
This year, there will of course be pink tabards for our guild. Be seen wearing it about Azeroth by an officer and you will be rewarded with your name in the drawing pool for in-guild prizes following the run. However, there will also be contests for players outside of SeeD this year! There will be a “Best Dressed Level 1 Gnome” (this one is also available to SeeD members) Contest and a “Guilds who turn their Tabards Pink” Contest. For donations, you are welcome to donate a value that works for you or even pledge an amount based on the number of gnomes we have join our run. The pledge system works as follows:
1 Penny=1 Gnome If 10 Gnomes show up You donate $0.10
1 Nickel=1 Gnome If 10 Gnomes Show up You donate $0.50
1 Dime=1 Gnome If 10 Gnomes Show up You Donate $1.00
1 Quarter=1 Gnome If 10 Gnomes Show up You Donate $2.50
